Mrs. Barrett graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and Drexel University with a Master’s degree in Nursing.  She is dually certified as a nurse practitioner of family medicine and psychiatry.  Mrs. Barrett provides a holistic approach to psychiatric care as she has extensive experience in both internal and mental health medicine.  Mrs. Barrett treats everyone for a wide range of mental health issues including depression, ADHD, and Schizophrenia.  She is committed to working with clients that will improve their quality of life.

Her dual licensure as a nurse practitioner in family medicine and psychiatry, which reflects her thorough awareness of the complex relationships between physical and mental well-being, is Adonaca Barrett's distinctive strength. Because of her vast training in internal and mental health medicine, she has a holistic viewpoint that enables her to understand the intricacies of the human experience.

Adonaca Barrett offers her healing touch to a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia, with a special focus on teenagers and adults. She works closely with clients to create individualised treatment programs that allow them to improve their daily functioning and all aspects of their quality of life via personalised care and a strong commitment to them.
